Out at the Beverly Center

Things you need:

• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Blowdryer
• Mousse/Mold Product

Steps:

1. Jump in the shower, shampooing and conditioning hair thoroughly (if you have died your hair to match Miley's colour then also use a colour conditioner)

2. Quickly run a towel through your hair, getting rid of most the of excess water.

3. Blowdry hair completely. (Preferably using cold air so your hair doesn't get damaged)

4. Grab a hardening mousse/mold product. I HIGHLY recommend Loreal Paris Studio Remix.

5. Grab a one/two inch section of hair.

6. Run product down the strip of hair. (underneath and on top)

7. Repeat steps 4-6 for entire head.
