Steps:
1. Wash your face! Then, pat dry with a towel.
2. Next, take a black pencil eyeliner and start in the middle of your top eye and draw a line from the middle to the corner of your eye. Then, draw a thin line on the bottome part of your eye, and try to line it up with the top, and at the bottom, draw the line to the corner of your eye.
3. Miley isn't really wearing any eyeshadow, so there's no need to apply that.
4. Take a clear lipgloss and apply to lips.
5. Enjoy!
