(blue eyeshadow half way up, and then the rest half way to your eyebrows is a shimmery white eyeshadow) 4. Apply two coats of mascara. 5. Starting in the inner corner of your bottom eye, draw a medium line with black eyeliner to the outer corner of your eye. Let the line get thicker as you go outward.
