Wash your face with a cleanser for your skin type to clean it well. Pat dry with towel. Use some moisturizer to prepare your skin for makeup, but only if you have dry skin. 2. Use coverup if you need and want all over face.You should probably use even a light layer of this to help set makeup better.Use a concealer pen to cover blemishes and dust a light layer of loose powder on top to seal the look. 3. Dust blush onto cheeks, nose, chin and forehead. 4. Use black liquid eyeliner to encircle your eyes. Be sure to do this on your lashline, and not in your eye, cause this will casue eyes to look tiny, and we dont want that! 5. Use an eyeshadow brush and dust blue shadow all over your eyes(includes bottom and top). 6. Curl your lashes and apply lots of black mascara. 7. Apply chapstick then swipe on lipgloss. 8.
