MTV's Total Request Live Steps: 1. Wash your face and pat it dry. 2. Apply a foundation the same color as your skin. 3. Put on a light coat of pink blush to your cheeks. 4. Now, onto the eyes. Take a eyeliner pencil and put on a thin line on the bottom of your eye from corner to corner. On the top part of your eye put a medium line from the outer corner three quarters of the way to the inner corner (if your confused just look at the picture). 5. Get some white eye shadow and apply it to the eyelids only. Then, add some sparkles. 6. Put on a heavy coat of mascara on the top eyelashes and a medium coat on the bottom using a curved brush. 7.
