Take your eyliner and make it a very thick line on your eyes. Make sure on the in's of your eyes, you start out light, then press harder as you move to the outer part of your eyelid. 4. Put on some mascara. Not to much where it's clumpy. 5. Blend together light brown and tan eyeshadow and apply it right above the eyeliner. 6.
