| Jingle Bell Ball in London Steps: 1. Wash your face with your favorite cleanser and tone it so that the foundation goes on evenly. 2. Use a good concealer a shade lighter than your skin tone on your under eye area if you have dark circles. 3. Apply some foundation on your face that is closest to your skin tone. Miley has foundation on all over, but to make this look more natural, just apply it to your cheeks, nose, and wherever you think needs to be covered. 4. Get a sparkly gold eye shadow and apply that all over your eyelids. 5. (optional) Apply long, thick fake eyelashes that look like Miley's but be sure to put mascara on them before you place them on your eyelids as well as your top and bottom eyelashes. 6. Apply black eye liner on your top eyelid, and then lightly on the water line. 7. Brush on a Bronzer that is a shade or two darker than your skin tone and/or a Peach colored blush on top of that. 8.
