Steps:

1. Prime your eyes. (both on top, and beneath) This is pretty much essential as you will be wearing a lot of shadow in this look.

2. Cover your whole lid, all the way up to your brow, with a neutral, skin tone shadow.

3. Take a turquoise blue shadow (cream shadow works best here) and apply it on your lid, not the whole way up to your crease. (about half way) Flick the shadow out at the outer corner of your eye, like you would with eyeliner.

4. Apply the turquoise shadow below your eye, just below your lashline and join it to the flick on your upper lashline.

5. Take a grey powder shadow and apply it to the inner corner.

6. Take a black shadow (or, very dark grey if you'd preffer but black works best) and apply from where the turquoise shadow finishes, to your crease. (Do not apply black shadow above the crease)

7. Blend the black shadow into the turquoise a little (but make sure you can still differenciate between colors) and feather it it your crease. (try to keep the shadow as low as possible as you blend.)

8. Take a fawn shimmer shadow and use it as a highlight. Blend with black.

9. Take a pencil liner and line along the top of your turquoise flick. You should just let the line fade out. Do not go past the outer third of your lid.

10. Take your pencil and also line along the bottom of the flick (make sure the lines join) take this line right along your lower lash line (keep it above the turquoise shadow).

11. *OPTIONAL* Take your pencil liner and, from the tip of the flick, flick out some more and draw to little squarish shapes.

12. Line your uppper lash line and waterline very heavily with black line of your choice.

13. You may use regular fake lashes, Miley does. If not, curl your lashes, apply three coats of waterproof mascara to your top lashes, three coats of regular mascara to your top lashes (do it time about ;; waterproof, regular, waterproof, regular etc.) and one coat of regular to your bottom lashes.

14. *OPTIONAL* Take feather lashes and apply them. These can be applied on top of fake or normal lashes.

15. Take a bronzer (or bronze blusher) and apply to the apples of your cheeks. (smile to find apples.)

16. Take a light highlight color and apply in the contours of your cheeks. (suck in your cheeks to find contours.)

17. Blend highlight and bronzer/blush together.

18. Take a light, matte, barbie pink lipstick and apply to lips.

19. Apply a pink non-glitter/shimmer lipgloss overtop.
